I found this to be a really odd sight on the streets of London. Is this emblematic of the former British colonies taking over? Or is it a cheap sort of tribute to a deceased hero? Or is Gandhi just a super common name?

Gandhi is Sanskrit (Indian) for ‘sun’. It’s not an uncommon/surprising name over here to use for restaurants and other businesses.
