Here’s a nice snack option from Trader Joe‘s. Candy-coated chocolate-covered sunflower seeds. I like to think of it as an extraordinarily sophisticated version of Peanut M&M’s.
There’s a farmer’s market near me that sells chocolate-covered sunflower seeds. Those are a little less sweet, but the beauty of the candy shell is that it keeps the chocolate off your hands.
In a nice touch, the candy is brown, green, orange and yellow, the colors of a sunflower.
